What exactly is a Hebrew certified translation in the UK?
According to the instructions by the UK government, the translated document should be accompanied by a translation certificate with the following details:
- Verification that the translation is a true and accurate translation of the document provided.
- Date the translation is carried out.
- The contact details of the Hebrew certified translator or a representative of the Hebrew translation company.
- See Gov.UK for more information.
If the Hebrew certified translation adheres to the above requirements, it is valid and accepted for official use in the UK. In our experience, other countries also accept this type of official translation, especially those countries that do not have a sworn translation system in place.

When performing Hebrew certified translations, it is imperative that our Hebrew translators be provided with a clear and high-quality scan of your document in order to ensure that the translation will be accurate. Furthermore, if there are any stamps or markings of any kind on the reverse of the document, please include a scan of this within your email as well.
How to send your Hebrew documents to us for translation
For a Hebrew certified translation, we can work from high-quality scans. Luckily, there is no need to send the originals in order to perform a certified translation correctly. However, it is of course very important that you send the scans in high resolution so that everything is clear for the Hebrew certified translator. If there are any markings or stamps on the reverse of the documents, these also should be scanned and sent across to us, as they also need to be translated.
We accept all formats of documents for Hebrew certified translation; PDF, JPEG, Microsoft Word, etc. Once we have received your request and your documents for certified translation, we will run a word count on the files and revert very quickly with a quote and timescale. This quote is not at all binding, and we will not proceed with your Hebrew certified translation until you confirm that you wish to proceed. Our standard processing time for small jobs is two to three business days. We do offer a rush service (at an additional cost) if you require your Hebrew certified translation more urgently.
