When performing Russian certified translations, it is imperative that our Russian translators be provided with a clear and high-quality scan of your document in order to ensure that the translation will be accurate. Furthermore, if there are any stamps or markings of any kind on the reverse of the document, please include a scan of this within your email as well.

How to send your Russian documents to us for translation

For a Russian certified translation, we can work from high-quality scans. Luckily, there is no need to send the originals in order to perform a certified translation correctly. However, it is of course very important that you send the scans in high resolution so that everything is clear for the Russian certified translator. If there are any markings or stamps on the reverse of the documents, these also should be scanned and sent across to us, as they also need to be translated.
